Univision Network released the initial list of world-caliber entertainers who will take center stage at the highly awaited “Premio Lo Nuestro” 2012, Latin Music Awards to be hosted by stunning Mexican beauty Jacqueline Bracamontes and beloved Mexican actor Eduardo Santamarina. The first round of artist that are set to deliver unforgettable performances include multiplatinum bachata sensation Prince Royce, Latin GRAMMY® Award-winning Mexican pop trio Reik, Spanish singer-songwriter Shaila Dúrcal, Mexican music star Gerardo Ortíz, in a noteworthy duo act, the legendary Alejandra Guzmán will sing along with Moderatto and international music phenomenon Pitbull will perform for the first time with American singer and songwriter Chris Brown.
The awards show’s 24th installment will also showcase first-time television single debuts from Larry Hernández, Luis Fonsi, Prince Royce, Reik, Shaila Durcal, Tito el Bambino and Tejano/Norteño genre music group Intocable. The night’s remarkable moments will continue as megastar Gloria Trevi world premieres her song, “Gloria,” and the professed “Bachata King,” Romeo Santos, debuts his single “Mi Santa.”
The longest-running Latin music awards show in Spanish-language television history will broadcast LIVE from the American Airlines Arena in Miami on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012, from 8-11 p.m. ET on the Univision Network.
