by Gladys Rios | October 28, 2011

SESAC Latina has dominated the tops of TWO Billboard charts with a Rico Love song entitled "Promise". Rico Love is one of music's biggest songwriters penning hits by the likes of Usher, Sean "Diddy" Combs, Beyoncé, Nelly and Kelly Rowland.

The song "Promise", recorded by Romeo Santos and Usher, hit the top spots on the trade magazine's Hot Latin Songs chart, which tracks commercial airplay in every major Spanish-language genre in the U.S. (Pop, Regional Mexican, Tropical, Urban), and as well as the Tropical Airplay chart. Confirming that it is a multi-format song, "Promise" also ranks high on the Latin Pop Songs chart (#6 with a bullet) and the developing-artist-focused Heatseekers Songs chart (#15 with a bullet).

Established in 1930, SESAC is driven to assist both the creators of music and music users through timely, efficient royalty collection and music licensing.
