“Gen V” Levels Up at Comic-Con With Explosive Season 2 Trailer Debut

Prime Video brought the heat to San Diego Comic-Con with the debut of the official trailer for Season Two of Gen V, the hit spinoff set in The Boys universe. Premiering September 17, the new season promises wild new powers, shocking cameos, and storylines that feed directly into the final chapter of The Boys.
The packed Hall H panel featured cast members Jaz Sinclair, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Hamish Linklater, and showrunner Michele Fazekas, moderated by The Boys fan-favorite P.J. Byrne. Fans were treated to a surprise video message from The Deep himself, Chace Crawford, who returns as a guest star this season.
The trailer teases the arrival of Ethan Slater (Wicked, SpongeBob SquarePants) as Thomas Godolkin, and more unexpected reveals. With Homelander tightening his grip on the outside world and tensions rising at Godolkin University, Season Two dives deeper into the mysterious origins of the school—and Marie Moreau’s unexpected connection to it all.
Gen V is produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, with Michele Fazekas as showrunner and executive producer alongside The Boys team including Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen, and Evan Goldberg.
