Universal Studios Hollywood Rings in the Holidays with Festive Decor

The holidays are back in full swing at Universal Studios Hollywood, where beloved traditions and new surprises make the season shine brighter than ever. Beginning November 24, guests can step into a wonder-filled celebration featuring “Grinchmas,” “Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter,” and festive touches throughout SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™—all included with theme park admission through January 4, 2026.
At the heart of the park, Universal Plaza transforms into the whimsical world of Who-ville for the return of “Grinchmas.” A towering 65-foot Grinchmas tree, nightly snow-filled lighting ceremonies, and performances from a Who-inspired singing quartet set the scene for holiday magic. Guests can meet the Grinch™ and his loyal dog Max, enjoy story time with Cindy-Lou Who, and take part in charming crafts and postcard activities—plus indulge in sweet treats and exclusive “Grinchmas” merchandise.

Across the park, “Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” enchants guests with twinkling lights, garlands, and the joyful harmonies of the Frog Choir. As day turns to night, “The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts™ Castle” brings the wizarding world to life with an awe-inspiring light projection show set to music from the Harry Potter films.
Meanwhile, the Mushroom Kingdom gets its own seasonal spin at SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, where Mario- and Luigi-themed snowmen and a glowing Super Star tree welcome guests. Limited-edition digital stamps and festive merchandise make it a must-visit stop for gamers and holiday fans alike.

Looking ahead, the park is gearing up for an exciting 2026, including the debut of the “Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift” roller coaster. A Universal Studios Hollywood Annual or Season Pass makes the perfect gift for those ready to celebrate the year ahead with nonstop adventure.
Just steps away, Universal CityWalk Hollywood also embraces the spirit of the season with dazzling décor, a 40-foot Christmas tree glowing with over 200,000 LED lights, and live music and entertainment on select nights. Admission to CityWalk is free.
Holidays run daily from November 24, 2025, through January 4, 2026.
