Sony Pictures’ AFFIRM Films and Mucho Mas Media have released the official trailer for Live Like That, an inspirational drama based on a true story and starring Esai Morales, Roselyn Sánchez and Jesse Garcia. The film arrives exclusively in theaters nationwide on February 26, 2027.

Written and directed by Dito Montiel, Live Like That follows a family facing an unimaginable loss that puts their faith to the test. Rather than allowing grief and anger to define what comes next, they make the unexpected decision to choose forgiveness, setting in motion an effort to bring healing to a community divided by decades of conflict.

The newly released trailer offers a first look at the emotional story, exploring how one young man’s legacy becomes a source of hope and connection for those around him.

Joining Morales, Sánchez and Garcia in the ensemble are Cameron Arnett, Ian Casselberry, Richard Cabral and Carlos Pratts. The film is produced by Javier Chapa.

Live Like That continues Mucho Mas Media’s focus on culturally resonant storytelling following projects including Blue Miracle, The Long Game and The Black Demon. The company is also developing a new version of La Bamba for Sony Pictures.

Live Like That opens exclusively in theaters February 26, 2027.
