Génesis Rodríguez Throws "First Pitch" at Dodger Stadium in Promotion of Identity Thief DVD

In promotion of the release of Identity Thief DVD (available June 4) Latina actress, Génesis Rodríguez had the opportunity to throw the famous "first pitch" from Dodger Stadium, kicking off the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. St. Louis Cardinals game this past Sunday, May 26.

Although Génesis was nervous, the talented actress confessed that she practiced several times prior to the day of. To the surprise of fans, the actress' father, Jose Luis Rodríguez "El Puma" accompanied her into the field and was the one who caught the baseball after her pitch (typically done by a Dodger player).

The "first pitch" was a success and more than 40,000 spectators cheered and applauded both of them.
