It’s official! According to TMZ, the state of Texas granted Eva Longoria and Tony Parker a divorce on Friday morning. Longoria filed for divorce in California in November citing “irreconcilable differences” and Parker filed in Texas a few days later. Eva withdrew her petition when the couple decided to stick to the Texas legal system. The couple met in 2004 at the Spurs locker room and wed in 2007 in France. Shortly after filing for divorce, there were rumors that Parker was unfaithful to Longoria with former teammate, Brent Barry’s wife. Both Barry and Parker denied the rumors.
The San Antonio Spurs basketball player told French newspaper Le Parisien , that he’s coping with the divorce by focusing on basketball and avoiding the media. The Spurs currently hold the best team record in the Western conference.
Longoria looked radiant at Sunday’s SAG Awards wearing a Georges Hobeika gown. She tweeted from the event in L.A., "Me and my other favorite latina Sofia Vergara at the SAG Awards!!"
