Carlos Sanz Releases ‘Dime Si Te Vienes’ Second Single off his First EP

by EAStaff | May 5, 2021

Dime si te vienes is the second single off Carlos Sanz's first EP titled ‘Libre Conmigo’. Translated to ‘free with me’ this EP means a lot for Carlos because a year ago he had the chance to do the thing he had wished for the most his whole life, record his first single.

Sung in Spanish with loose lines in English, ‘Dime si te vienes’ speaks to the language of love and lust, invoking the friction, desperation and need for escapism that arises when your heart is hit with unrequited love. Described as ‘Alternative Spanish Pop’, the track combines Spanish Pop, Latin rhythms and Reggae vibes with a strong production to make your body shake to hopeless love.

The track features an all-star production lineup similar to his debut release ‘Me Gusta Mas’, with production led by Casey Sullivan and Grammy nominated Luigie ‘Lugo’ Gonzalez. Lugo is a household name in the industry for producing hits for Madonna, Ricky Martin and more. Lugo, alongside Gerina Di Marco, a BMI Award winning songwriter, share co-writing duties. The track was mixed by Grammy-award winning Echo (Ricky Martin, Wisin y Yandel, Daddy Yankee).

Carlos’s debut release ‘Me Gusta Mas’ peaked at N.29 in the Spanish Itunes Charts. Going forward, he prepares to release the last single off his EP and continue to record music. He is also an accomplished actor who continues to work on various national commercials, TV and film, both in America and Spain.
