Disney came ready to make some noise at D23.

The Disney Entertainment Showcase took over a sold-out Honda Center Friday night with a massive look at what’s ahead across Disney, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Walt Disney Animation Studios and Disney+. From Avengers: Doomsday and a new generation of X-Men to Incredibles 3, Frozen 3 and the return of Ahsoka, the evening delivered plenty for fans to talk about.

Among the biggest moments was Marvel Studios’ presentation for Avengers: Doomsday. Kevin Feige was joined by Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans and Hayley Atwell to unveil a special look at the highly anticipated film, which hits theaters December 18, 2026. The footage is now available publicly, a new poster was revealed and tickets are officially on sale.

Marvel also finally pulled back the curtain on its new X-Men movie. Sadie Sink, who recently debuted as Jean Grey in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, will lead the mutant team alongside Kit Connor as Scott Summers, Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Inde Navarrette as Rogue and Maya Boyd as Storm. Adam Driver will play Nathaniel Milbury. The film, directed by Jake Schreier, arrives May 5, 2028.

Pixar had some major surprises of its own. Fans got an exclusive first look at Incredibles 3, directed by Peter Sohn and arriving June 16, 2028, while new details were revealed for Coco 2, including the return of Benjamin Bratt as Ernesto de la Cruz. Pixar also announced an original film, Ghost Market, set around a mysterious plate lunch shop on Oʻahu’s North Shore that serves spirits caught between life and death.

Lucasfilm brought the Force with the first teaser for Ahsoka Season 2. Rosario Dawson, Hayden Christensen and Eman Esfandi joined Dave Filoni to preview the next chapter, which premieres January 20, 2027 on Disney+. Shawn Levy and Ryan Gosling also offered D23 attendees an exclusive look at Star Wars: Starfighter, the new theatrical adventure arriving May 28, 2027.

Disney Animation delivered another crowd-pleasing announcement by confirming that Zootopia 3 is officially in early development. The studio also shared more from Hexed before ending the night with Frozen 3. Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Josh Gad reunited onstage for musical performances before revealing new animation that teased a mysterious villainess whose powers may rival Elsa’s. Frozen 3 opens November 24, 2027.

Elsewhere, Disney confirmed Lilo & Stitch 2 will begin production in Hawaiʻi later this year for a May 26, 2028 release, debuted a teaser for The Bluey Movie, and offered new looks at Tangled and the upcoming Disney+ series Oswald.

On the television side, Percy Jackson and the Olympians brought its upcoming third season to the Honda Center with Walker Scobell, Ming-Na Wen and Andra Day introducing the official teaser. Season 3 premieres November 20, 2026 on Disney+. Disney also announced a new Kingdom Hearts anime series being developed with Tetsuya Nomura and Square Enix.

And that’s only the beginning.

D23 continues throughout the weekend in Anaheim, but after a night filled with superheroes, mutants, Jedi, Supers and Disney royalty, the Entertainment Showcase made one thing very clear: Disney has a very busy few years ahead.
