Netflix has released the official trailer for The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, bringing Brad Pitt back to his Academy Award-winning role from Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood — this time under the direction of David Fincher.

Set in 1977, eight years after Cliff Booth’s encounter with the Manson family, the film finds the former stuntman navigating a very different Los Angeles. When he isn’t bartending or working as a projectionist, Cliff operates as a fixer, solving problems for Hollywood’s biggest personalities — occasionally by means that fall outside the law.

His latest assignment begins when talent agent Karen Crosby (Elizabeth Debicki) contacts him on behalf of television star Charlie Peters (Scott Caan). The job draws Cliff into a world that includes Charlie’s wife Toni (Carla Gugino), football champion turned screen star Roderick “Hot Rod” Harrison (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II), and the mysterious Verdusco brothers (Matt Groove and JB Tadena).

What was once a Hollywood fairytale has now become a crime story involving murder, blackmail, theft, extortion and plenty of opportunities for Cliff to get his hands dirty.

The film reunites Pitt and Fincher following Se7en, Fight Club and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, with Fincher stepping into Tarantino’s Hollywood universe from a new screenplay written by Tarantino. The cast also includes Peter Weller, Corey Fogelmanis and Karren Karagulian.

The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth will receive an exclusive two-week global IMAX engagement beginning November 25, 2026, before making its Netflix debut December 23.
